Non-Alcoholic Beverage Station
The beverage station will be available through cake/dessert service unless other accommodations are made. The beverage station will be available for the duration of your event. Does not include a table or linen.
Includes:
Iced Water
Iced Tea
Lemonade
Regular Coffee
Decaf Coffee.
Plastic tumblers for the iced beverages.
Paper cups for the hot coffees.
Coffee Condiments:
Sugar Packets
Creamers
Stir Sticks, and Cocktail Napkins.
Pricing:
At your event, two beverage stations are required if you would like a beverage station to be available for both cocktail hour and throughout your event.
15-50 Guests: $75.00
51-150 Guests: $150.00
151-250 Guests: $250.00
251-350 Guests: $350.00
Set Up Service for Tables and Chairs
We will set up your tables and chairs according to your venue's floor plan provided for your event.
Pricing:
15-50 Guests: $100.00
51-150 Guests: $200.00
151-250 Guests: $300.00
251-350 Guests: $400.00
Break Down Service for the Tables and Chairs
Based on your provided event timeline, we will have staff stay until the end of our event to clear and break down your tables and chairs. If the venue provided the tables and chairs, we will break down and move them to their storage location. If they were provided by a rental company, we will move and stack them at the predetermined rental pick up location.

51-150 Guests: $200.00
151-250 Guests: $300.00
251-350 Guests: $400.00
Cake Cutting Service
We will cut the cake, plate, and can either tray-pass them to guests or set them at a cake station. Disposable dessert plates and fork provided complimentary.

We understand that there are a lot of different components that go into planning an event and depending on your venue and vision you may need help to make your ideas possible.
Karen’s Touch of Soul can set up and break down reception areas, drink stations…and much more! The convenience of having your caterer assist with multiple different areas of your event will streamline the flow of the evening and the amount of people you have to coordinate working together.
